In order to strengthen our services we are currently looking for a new colleague with genuine interest in managing search assignments to a succes for both our clients and candidates.
We are looking for someone who is familiar with the recruitment, search or staffing industry and who has good understanding of what's needed to be successful as such. Any additional experience has made you who you are and will be highly valued. Fluency in English is a must.
We are open to discuss any collaboration that works; employment contract, freelance, full time, part time or anything else.
The job can be done remote or from our office in Utrecht.

our approach
Based on an extensive definition of requirements we contact available and interested specialists in our existing network. Additionally, we offer a direct search model meaning we actively approach candidates via social media. After an in-depth interview and brief, we introduce a shortlist of candidates who all meet the defined requirements. Finally, we guide our clients and candidates through the interview process and act as a trusted business partner in the offering process.
