Head of Finance

The NET2GRID finance team provides (cash) planning, controls, crisp reports to investors, tax- and legal compliance, risk management and decision support. Our team currently consists of 3 staff and we are looking to welcome a bright, independent, fully qualified, capable finance professional with sound business judgment. She/he will:

• manage the finance team and its daily, monthly and quarterly operations
• manage financial processes for the three countries;
• provide reliable, clear and standardized monthly management reporting with relevant analysis and projection of income, costs, FTE development and cash flow forecasts;
• monitor budgets and forecasts to ensure expenditures are well planned and financed;
• ensure timely invoicing and dunning
• Plan and coordinate the annual report and audit

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Academically solid or excellent
• (Executive) Master’s degree with financial focus (e.g. RA/RC/ CA/CPA/ CIMA)
• at least 5 years of finance experience in a fast moving, goal driven organization
• Proficient in English, basic knowledge of Dutch is helpful

Reporting

The head of finance will report to the CFO and work closely with the Commercial team, the COO, the CEO and the country managers. 3 finance/administrative resources (of which 2 are on freelance contracts) report into the head of finance.
